The evening we spent dining at Fuoco Sacro was like none other I have ever experienced. From the moment we were shown to our table, the service, the charm, the sophistication, words are simply insufficient in the English language to adequately describe the combination of astonishingly delicious food, the wonderful view of the Sardinian coast, and the truly wonderful service from the delightful Omar. This was a night we will not only never forget but one we will forever treasure. Thank you Fuoco Sacro for the true culinary mastery and divine hospitality. A truly heavenly experience and the perfect way to celebrate our honeymoon.

The Michelin star restaurant dinner experience was devine. Every course is beautiful and so delicious as very well balanced. We had a beautiful evening. The stuff is very attentive and super friendly.

Stellar diner at Il Fuoco Sacro. We had the signature dish tasting menu which is actually the perfect amount. Very good and innovative food, superb location (view and decor) and lovely service (Pietro - you’re the best ☺️). First time we found butter on this island 🙏🏼 Slightly disappointed by the wine.

Il Fuoco Sacro is perched high above Sardinia’s otherworldly landscape, leaving you with the sense that it’s grown out of island. The setting is exceptional, as is the service across the property and design. Staff at the restaurant are attentive, knowledgeable, and discreet, and show good personality. The food is very well executed, showing a range of technical skills. Unfortunately, the tasting menu is heavy-handed, unbalanced, and excessively rich. For example, cream- and butter-based sauces form the base for almost every course, leaving little relief for diners. We would have appreciated a menu that showcased more of the island’s wonderful produce and fish, with a lighter and fresher touch. However, we understand that we may be in the minority in this respect. Diners also have the option of ordering à la carte, where seemingly lighter and fresher dishes are available. Perhaps this would have been the better option for us.
