A solid 3-⭐️ from me. Your view on this “resort” will very much depend on how much you’ve paid for it and any previous “resort” experiences you may have!
We booked this quite a way in advance, mainly because it appeared good value, which should always be a red flag I guess but for the money we paid it made for a good base. But nothing more, pretty mediocre.
I suspect it was built in the 80’s with high aspirations but over the years has slipped due to lack of investment. Which is a shame as it could be remodelled into a great place. It would of course help if more properties had sea views but many are either facing the wrong direction or not quite high enough, yet they seem to own a lot of land slightly higher up so… 🤷🏼‍♂️.
When we arrived at our chalet it still had the previous guests old towels on the floor and empty drinks on the kitchen side, which of course made us question the cleanliness of everything including the beds/sheets. We spotted some cleaners and tried speaking to them but failed with our poor Italian, so we text reception and later we had fresh towels.
The pool was freezing! But that’s quite common on the continent I guess. Pool bar food was “okay” which we sampled on our arrival day but we ate out the whole holiday otherwise so I can’t comment on the restaurants on site.
Reception staff were pleasant, particularly the females.
The beach is a short walk away, nice enough with a great view.
Overall we wouldn’t go back, I’d rather pay a bit more to have a decent view and more a more luxurious feel.

The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. However outside of them are looking very tired and really needs updating. You will definitely need a car if you need to venture out . Taxi is 35€ one way.  Bathroom have shampoo, shower gel shower caps and vanity kit and hairdryer. If you  like a cup of tea or coffee bring your own kettle  as they do not provide these .  Bring your iron too.
On another note you only get  beach/ pool towel given free of charge on the first day but if you want to change it for a fresh one the next day they will charge you 3€  per towel every day after.
Beach is nice and private with deck chairs and umbrellas provided complimentary as you are staying at the hotel and there is a beach bar there too.  It has a small sky bar at the front above reception which can be nice in the evening and a pianist in another lounge bar . Cocktails are of limited choice but they make them well .  There is a small supermarket on the premises and a place to do car rental . The staff will  provide the basic in terms of customer service and they won’t do anything special if it’s a birthday celebration or anything.
Pool is sea water and is lovely when it’s hot. There is a spa and wellness centre there too.
Buffet is lovely and lots of of choice . It’s not a luxury place in terms of ambience  but clean .
Ala carte serves good food and house wine is really cheap

Our family of 4 stayed for a week and we had a good time. The apartments are spacious and clean, but kitchen equipment was not sufficient for cooking for a family. Also, more cups would have been useful. The beach section is great and just a short walk away. Location of the resort is great as lots of shopping and restaurants can easily be reached by car. And that is necessary as the food in the buffet restaurant was really not good! Definitely book without food and go for self-catering our dining out!!

Avoid at all costs.

The whole place is run down and need s full renovation.

Hotel staff are not very helpful.

Food is basic for a 4 star hotel.

Terrible gym. Equipment is very limited and barely works.

Have to pay extra to go to the spa.

Need a car to get around as it is located far away from any restaurants, shops or attractions.

Everything is tip-top! The service is outstanding and the staff are incredibly friendly. The breakfast was very well done with a wide variety of delicious options. The property is also very clean and well-maintained. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The location is convenient, close to major attractions and public transportation. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere. Highly recommended for a pleasant and enjoyable stay!
