Hotel Pitrizza is a one of a kind property that offers unparalleled service in a truly stunning environment. We spent a week at Hotel Pitrizza in late September as part of our honeymoon.

The grounds are immaculate and the guest rooms are spread out across the property in multiple small buildings which gives a sense of space and privacy. The rooms are decorated in a traditional Sardinian style and include every imaginable amenity, including robes, slippers, and US power adapters.

The beach is perfect—it’s quite large, with small lapping waves and soft sand that extends all the way into the water.

There are two main dining options on premises: The Grill and Bar Pitrizza. The breakfast buffet (served at Bar Pitrizza) is extensive and high quality, including eggs made to order. The daytime/lunch menu at Bar Pitrizza is somewhat limited, but has something for everyone. The Grill restaurant offers a fine dining experience.

The staff are extremely attentive, exceedingly professional, and routinely go above and beyond to meet guests needs. Everyone we encountered, from reception, to the concierge, housekeeping staff, beach attendants, waiters, and bartenders were an absolute pleasure and seemed to genuinely care about providing exceptional service.

The only downside to this hotel is that it’s not within walking distance of bars, restaurants, or shops, but if you are looking for a relaxing, secluded environment, there is nowhere better.

We would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Pitrizza to others and look forward to seeing how the property changes now that it is owned by LVMH/Cheval Blanc.

The hotel location, staff members, views and food is amazing! Rooms are cute. However, bathroom needs a serious upgrade. There is no rain shower, and the one in use is too small. No shaving kit and dental kit.  Noteless, it is an amazing hotel with very friendly staff.

Hotel Pitrizza was perfect!

The rooms had the most beautiful views. Ours in particular faced the bay, and it was absolutely breathtaking.

The food was one of our favorite parts about staying here. We dined at the restaurant for lunch and had the freshest fillet we have ever had! The cow was local, and our pieces were literally sliced from the larger meat. It was HEAVEN. The highlight of our trip to Italy was our lunch at the restaurant.

Special thank you to the staff for being so accommodating, warm, and welcoming.

At first glance, the hotel keeps what it promises, quiet, beautiful facilities, nice staff, the expected extremely high prices for food and drinks, a beautiful beach, etc., but there are 2 massive problems, at least for me. Firstly, it has no mosquito protection and if you want to sleep with the window open (the AC is at least as old as the hotel and hums like a truck) you will find yourself with tons of mosquitoes at night.Secondly, and that really annoyed me massively, there is one Indefinable beach lounger policy, according to which the good loungers in the first and second row  are simply "reserved" by the lifeguard for the duration of the holiday. That means, no matter what time of the day u arrive on the beach, and also no matter if the person who got lucky enough (or tipped enough) to get a good sunbed, arrives or not (as a consequence it can happen that u lay in the third row and look to an empty first row all day), you will have to take the sunbed that will be given to you by royal graces.An absolutely unacceptable behavior for me, which I don't know from any top 5 star hotel in the world (and i know the top range almost from A-Z), except for the massive worn-out Quisisana on Capri, where loungers are given out unabashedly according to the amount of the tip.

Nearly 2 weeks relaxing with the family, beautiful beach, crystal clear water and excellent food. All the staff are wonderful.Thank you, Massimo, Adriano, Magdalena for handling our drinks at the bar expertly! Thanks to Pepino and Renato for the  fantastic lunch and dinner arrangements, pasta with fresh lobster 🦞, steak tartar and food for the kids! Antonio had the kids make their own pizzas, they loved it. We can’t wait to return by end of August. Cu soon!
