Location is super nice for both aperitivo (at La Dispensa Pantesca) and dinner in the above garden. Unfortunately the food was a bit disappointing also considering the price. I had swordfish rolls and they were very very dry.

If you are in Pantelleria, well, this is the full island experience. Food is excellent both for lunch next door or dinner in restaurant proper. Service is divine and the place magical.

The boss was very gentle,.
He allowed me to get pizza takeaway before the opening time, even if the waiting time was a bit too long ( nearly 30 min for 2 pizzas) probably cause pizzaiolo was cooking pizza for all the staff.
The waitress/manager was a bit snob and rude.
Pizza is roman style, very thin and light.
Toppings are good.

The restaurant has a nice back garden with a cozy atmosphere. Starter and mains were both up to standard, pizza was one of the best I've ever had with quality ingredients and a special crust that made it really unique to my taste.

Wine selection is very good, especially on the Zibibbo side.

I'm giving 4 starts only because of the service, which was good enough, but a bit slow.
