This is a very nice B&B in the center of the lower part of town. The host said the building has been in his family for generations. The parlor where breakfast is served is lovely and has a great view of the upper town. Breakfast was excellent too. My room was nothing exciting but it was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the price was fair. Modica itself is really charming and I hope to return some day.

Amazing bed and breakfast! Had a magnificent experience here. Gianpiero made my stay even better than expected. Room was clean and perfect for solo travelers, the location was excellent. Hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable. The B&B is full of family history and the decor was beautiful.

An almost impossibly beautiful place in the heart of historic Modica, owned and managed by a wonderful family.

Amazing B&B, perfectly fit for whoever wants to stay in city center. Gianpiero was very friendly and gave us suggestions for the city. Good air conditioning and wifi. The building and the room is beautiful and clean as expected. Highly recommended. 🙂

Very nice place, convenient to the road, street parking, two story walk up . We had a front room, that was actually pretty incredible,  large with a 20 foot vaulted  ceiling with a fake rococo Fresco on it and a big chandelier, period .furniture. And we had dinner at the little ricotta trattoria downstairs, which is a good place for simple food and the best homemade ricotta cheese.
