This was by far superior hotel. Everything was done to perfection. The staff was excellent. They couldn’t do enough to make you stay anything you ask them to try to help you with they were very accommodating  I even have freshly baked cookies at these reception area if you want a little something sweet on your way back to your room or out of your room a nice touch  The rooms were large air conditioners, work well bed covering the towels, the toiletries everything were upscale. It’s a beautiful old villa, which makes it exciting to stay in. The breakfast was very good  in a beautiful room products from the area plus some other interesting items. If you wanted to order more they had on a menu which you could pay extra for I understand there is parking. They have a spa unfortunately I didn’t have the time to take advantage of it the location is OK. It’s not in the old town, but you can walk through the town Newer  town. A lot of stores are closed because they opened up a big mall outside of the community. We found some really nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, we met people that went down to the old town by taxi and ate at the Michelin star restaurant which they have 2 or 3.   would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at this hotel after we were involved in a car accident during our holiday to Italy. From the moment arrived, we felt welcome and the staff did everything they could to help us. I was on strict bed rest for the first 8 days of our stay. We had room service breakfast beautifully presented every day, plates brought to our room for take aways we brought in, staff recommended places near by that offered take away etc. We needed some documents etc printed and this was done for us with no issues. They communicated with visiting doctors etc for us. They even provisionally held rooms for us so they were not lost prior to the travel insurance confirming these. We needed a wheelchair to move rooms mid stay and the hotel kindly rented this for us. Nothing we needed was ever a problem and the staff went above and beyond. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms were lovely and beds extremely comfortable. The cleaners were happy to clean around us when we were in the room as I could not leave. I wish we could have stayed under better circumstances but they made my recovery incredibly comfortable. I cannot thank the staff enough and will be forever grateful.

We absolutely loved everything about this charming converted palace. The service was phenomenal with everyone being extremely kind and accommodating. We used the spa after dinner one evening and it was so peaceful and calming. The close proximity to wonderful sites was perfect for our overnight journey. The breakfast was stellar and the rooms were pristine. I wish we had booked more nights here but I do plan on returning one day. Upon checking out, I thought I had lost an item in the room. They couldn't have been more helpful with trying to locate it and with taking my contact information in case it had shown up. There's nothing more to say than book this charming place for your stay and you won't be disappointed.

Excellent boutique hotel in an old Palazzo with 13 rooms. Stayed for 2 nights and regret not having stayed longer. Lavish breakfast in a fabulous 19-century banquet room, perfect service, parking in the courtyard upon reservation. Italy at its best - worth every Euro!

Excellent experience. Beautiful, classical room with a frescoed ceiling, a jacuzzi and a good balcony. Best breakfast we’ve had in Sicily: instant made scrambled eggs, delicious cappuccinos, cannoli and cakes. Service was top notch: helpful and kind. The comparison put other hotels in a tough spot.
