An incredible hotel. Staff are detail oriented, friendly, and fun. What all 5-star resorts should feel like. Great amenities and fantastic restaurants. Not cheap but a very good value. P.S. the breakfast buffet is the best I’ve had in my entire life. Puts four seasons to shame (Prosecco included! Breakfast gelato! The best pastry selection I’ve ever seen!)

I cannot rate the staff more highly .. David the concierge was so helpful in assisting us with all our tours including boat hire. The location was superb located right on the beach. The rooms were beautiful offering the most spectacular view. Restaurants nearby all very well priced and beautiful food. I would most definitely come back to sea palace Mazzarò for my next visit to Sicily. I would highly recommend. Corrinne & Peter

Most incredible hotel, amazing service and unbeatable views. Rooms are stunning, staff were so nice and helpful. Truly the best experience, will definitely be returning. Cable car is right across the street to take you to the top of Taormina, but staying on the beach is the ultimately luxury experience. Can’t recommend staying here enough.

Very nice hotel (though a bit dated) in the best location in Taormina.  Staff was lovely.  The restaurant on site was off the charts!!!  The views are spectacular.  It’s overpriced, but you’re paying for location.  If we had a complaint it would be that they are stingy with things like water.  Little touches that can cause frustration.  It’s really hot and you go through a lot of water but have to pay for every bottle after spending thousands per night.  Overall super glad we stayed.  Katerina and the others at the front desk reception, concierge and bellmen were all super nice and helpful.

This hotel is the number 1 ranked hotel on Trip Advisor and it is well deserved. There is no better location in Taormina, beach side with easy access to the Taormina cable car. You get the best of both worlds with the cable car terminal only a 2-3 minute walk up the road. The staff are unbelievable, attentive to every detail. From the front desk staff to the guest concierge to the maid staff, everyone is welcoming and wonderful. If you’re visiting Taormina this is the hotel to stay at. A few things to note: like most places in Italy, the beach is rocky snd the hallways are a little dated but the rooms are updated.
