Bellissima esperienza al Bavaglino di Giuseppe Costa in quel di Terrasini. Abbiamo optato per la degustazione storia e passioni, un menù giocoso e intrigante che ci ha lasciati molto colpiti. Molto interessanti i bottoni di gambero e caviale su infuso di limone, la rana pescatrice e la sua ventresca e il gambero crudo con alghe e pomodoro.
Consigliamo vivamente l'esperienza in questo posto magico.

Wonderful experience at Giuseppe Costa's Bivaglino in Terrasini. We opted for the history and passions tasting, a playful and intriguing menu that left us very impressed. Very interesting are the prawn and caviar buttons on lemon infusion, the monkfish and its belly and the raw prawn with seaweed and tomato.
We highly recommend the experience in this magical place.

Non posso che esprimere parere positivo per la cena di anniversario trascorsa presso il Bavaglino. Location raffinata dallo stile contemporaneo. Servizio offerto di alto livello a partire dalla spiegazione nel dettaglio delle pietanze offerte. Si può usufruire di 3 percorsi culinari, abbiamo optato per una soluzione di 6 portate. Sapori fuori dal comune con una rivisitazione in chiave moderna di alcuni piatti autoctoni. E per finire dolce sorpresa propinata dallo chef!

High level service offered starting from the detailed explanation of the dishes offered. You can take advantage of 3 culinary courses, we opted for a 6-course solution.
