WOW, this place is breathtaking. Such an amazing place and hands down the best place we have stayed in Italy. Pictures won't do it justice. This sets a standard for quality and luxury for the Leading Hotels of the world. It's truly a work of art and the decor is captivating.
The service is outstanding and top class. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt like we were royalty. They have a shuttle to take you to and from the city, a spa with a wellness center with an underground tunnel to get there, a heated pool, a roof top with a 360 degree view of the city, and an amazing food selection.
We can't wait to come back to Florence, which has become one of our favorite cities in Italy.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!
Wonderful from start to finish, service was impeccable. You have to stay here if visiting Florence. I have returned twice and once just for drinks. Calm relaxed vibe. You get what you pay for. Absolutely Beautiful!!

Stayed for 1 night for our honeymoon in September 2024 and had the best time at this luxury spot. Staff was super friendly, attentive and the best service we have ever had. They were super nice and gave us a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon which was a nice touch. Every area is so beautiful on the property from the rooms to the pool to the lobby - we didn’t want to leave! 100% recommend for a luxury stay close to the city, was such a peaceful escape from the hussle of downtown Florence but close enough to easily visit for the day.

An absolutely exceptional property.
The hotel is just gorgeous. The rooms are lovely and different from one another. Everything in the rooms from the beds and sheets, towels and toiletry to every little detail, is very luxurious and well thought out with guest comfort in mind.
The staff are exceptionally warm and hospitable.
The breakfast is wonderful. The other F&B outlets are also great. Wonderful wine list and reasonable priced.
The pool is heated, so even until mid October, if not later, you can easily use the pool. The SPA is very well equipped and has many options from treatments to other spa facilities ( sauna, steam room, hot tub,...)
Lorenzo at concierge is very friendly and knowledgeable and can help with anything you need for an exceptional visit to Florence. His restaurant suggestions were right on point.
This hotel is a must visit. And don't forget to take your aperitive to the rooftop for an unforgettable view!

Highlight of our trip to Florence. The staff was excellent, extra thank you to Christian. The restaurant on location was incredible, but not pompous like our other fine dining experiences had been in Rome. The included breakfast buffet is great as well. Rooms and scenery in the main building were also excellent!

They have a shuttle that takes you to a common spot in the center of Florence (Cafe Gilli if you are interested in looking into it). Otherwise there are a couple of nearby bus lines that were a great help in getting places like Michaelangelo's Square to avoid a 30 minute walk/15 euro taxi. All buses in Florence have "Tap and Go" so you just tap your credit card for a flat fee of a euro or two.
