Stunning views of Florence from the top of the hill, a must-see! It’s a hike to get there, but you could also take a taxi or electric bike tour to save time. There’s a small shop next to the bascilica with various herbal wellness, wine, honey, cookies & souvenirs made by the monks. You can also hear traditional chanting at mass on Sunday evenings. I believe this is the highest point on this hill. Beautiful church and a good view of the city of Florence from this church area. Please check out the interior, small grave yard, backyard, and the garden as well.

The basilic has the best on Florence city.
Most stay at Parcheggio del Piazzale for the view.
This is the best kept secret , keep it for you.

The inside of the Basilic is splendid. I arrived at before 19h on weekday, the was a ceremony. The songs were really nice.
