The Horne museum was much larger than I anticipated and was quite lovely. Its collection is very well preserved and displayed. It has lots of works for art, antiques, statues and paintings to see. It’s very historical and educational, I really enjoyed my time here. I would definitely recommend visiting this lovely museum.

Amazing museum in an old renaissance Palazzo. The Horne foundation has a collection of John constable watercolors and tiapolo sketches bit unfortunately their ground floor temporary exhibition is closed for a few decades though i was told renovation might be finalised in the next few years for them to start exhibiting this works of art, hopefully in the next year or two🤞

We came upon the Horne Museum completely by chance. It was open on Monday when the Uffizi was closed and we had the place totally to ourselves!! The ticket price was very reasonable and the staff super friendly and accommodating.
The collection was incredible, if you are not hung up on the top famous artists.
