Not worth the visit unless you really want to feel the history of Galileo. There are two buildings with signs about Galileo, so it’s unclear. They are also private residences, so there’s really nothing to see. But still cool if you’re into it!

Not much to see, easy to not see it.  Maybe not worth the hill.  Just a stone engraving with the name and a few old photos high up.  The great one lived here, at one time, long ago.  Pass, unless you're into science history.

An uphill trek to see a plaque on the outside of a house. It definitely isn't worth the walk if you're only coming for this, but it's on the way to the Fort and Boboli Gardens (which were closed when we went). There are gorgeous views from the street and the houses in the area are beautiful.

This is not an open site for those who wish to be entertained, but it is unbelievable to stand in front of the the 600-year-old home of the Father of Science and polymath. Simply awe-inspiring to imagine that Galileo lived here or that he even thought about, not alone discovered the 4 largest moons of Saturn with technology available in 1600. I was humbled.

This building looks simple but it's filled with a big historical value. If you are interested in history or physics (especially astrophysics) then you will enjoy it. Just keep in mind that's just a house with a painting of Galileo.
