Decent food at a nice price. The "non solo vino" pairing was odd; cocktails were mediocre and did not go well with the dishes.
Service was really bizzare. Door was locked and servers ignored us knocking on the door. We were also left to recover our own jacket from the closet and unlock that door on the way out.

We had a wonderful evening! The food was innovative and delicious, definitely Michelin star worthy. The service was very professional and the whole experience was amazing. A great gastronomic dinner for a reasonable price, probably the best Michelin restaurant we’ve been to in Italy. Worth the drive from Florence!

Best tasting menu I’ve ever had. I love the fact that they don’t cook with crazy expensive ingredients, like foie gras, truffle, Ricci, wagyu, lobster or whatsoever… NO! They use local products and have outstanding cooking skills - make the texture of the food so incredibly good, the flavor of even a small drop of sauce so rich. Service was out of this world - so nice everybody. They deserve more than just one Michelin star. I’ll always come back every time I’m in Prato ❤️❤️❤️

Wow! We had the middle tasting menu and it was absolutely amazing! We didn't think we'd be full with it but wow. They change the tasting menu every few months. Most of the dishes were Italian with a bit of Asian twist. Such a hardworking and dedicated team also behind the food and service. 💖

The staff was super attentive and the flavours were at times unexpected but a delightful surprise. I tried the 8 course tasting menu and it was incredibly well thought out from start to finish. It included an array of amuse-bouches to start before the 8 course meal, as well as a several desserts after the meal. Great value for 65€! I was super blown away by the duck breast - the cook on it was perfect, the skin was super crispy without being greasy.
