Walked in for early lunch, very unique dining experience in antiquity, touring the cava rooms is allowed. Had the flavorful risotto and a fish/bass (+\- first time I’ve had that filling) tortellini of course with wine. Excellent service, even as the dining area filled. Cellar stairs to see caves, accessible rest area.

Exceptional place.
One of the best restaurants I have ever been in Italy and I have been to many.
The place inside is more than beautiful, food was delicious  , stuff absolutely professional.
Love it. I already miss the place - hope we gonna return soon.
They just need to have bigger variety in appetizers and better prices on them. Lovely wines. In general , I loved it.

Good food badly downgraded by service.
Would recommend the hand rolled pasta with beef ragau
The truffle taste in the starters was not very strong and as it was just shaved on top no real flavour.
The wild boar pasta had a very dry mouth feel and was personally not to my liking.
Pork was amazing and the seeded fish was very soft and delicious. All other dishes were nice but not note worthy for price.

Onto service. When seated one waiter offered to move us to a lower level that we greatly appreciated. It seemed strange during the meal how friendly the head waiter was to one couple whereas ours was confused and not very attentive. Several servers asked us if we needed the desert menu after every course all seemed very confused.

At the end of the meal we asked for the bill. 20 minutes! If you can believe it. And as were we’re leaving we looked around and the place was empty!!
No apology either for the wait- looked as if we were there to just fill the restaurant.
On the plus side sitting in the Etruscan tomb was amazing- something the staff could not mess up

A great place for dinner, very close to the Duomo. Beautiful interior and friendly service. We had a selection of cold cuts, followed by two pasta dishes (I had pappardelle with wild boar braised with Chianti) and two glasses of Chianti. Complimentary bread with our meal, and sweet treats at the end. 42 euros per person, which I think was good value for money.

The atmosphere of this restaurant was incredible. Absolutely STUNNING!
The cave setting is worth a mention. We came here not expecting much but was blown away by the restaurant’s magnificence!
Food was also brilliantly executed. We had the quail, scallop, truffle pasta and turbot and all were very good. An unforgettable experience in Siena
