I arrived late but it was the most beautiful arrival in my life, a warm and luxurious reception from Miss Alexandra, she was very kind to the extreme from the first moment and her reception of us and the staff was very amazing. I enjoyed my stay very much in Chalet 521. I can only say that it is the most beautiful in northern Italy. I will not forget Maya in the children's playroom. My daughter loved her very much because of her kindness. I will definitely recommend this great edifice to my friends. Thank you all for your kind treatment. Thank you very much.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Everything about our trip was amazing. All 3 restaurants were great. The kind staff always made sure to fulfill any wishes. The pool, spa and gym are big and always very clean. We tried different massages and all of them were lovely. We couldn‘t reccomend Como Dolomites more. Will make sure to come back soon. Thank you very much for this lovely weekend.

Amazing location for skiing. You can’t beat the ski in / ski out. We love the como brand for the last 20 years- Bangkok, Bhutan, Tuscany, Bali and now in Dolomites. But from what I hear this hotel was stunning even before the como ownership. Anyway amazing spa, Gianni is the ski rental, all the staff from the kids club (Maia), reception team and of course the restaurants and the housekeeping team. Lots of smiles and positive energy. Also great concierge suggestions for restaurants in Ortisei. We are already planning for Feb 2026. Stunning pool and sauna  as well.

However, for those who knew this hotel before, the recent changes are heartbreaking. Once a masterpiece of minimalist elegance, crafted with high-quality materials and impeccable attention to detail, it exuded a sense of refined luxury. Under COMO’s ownership, much of that has been lost. The redesign feels cheap, with furniture and décor that lack the sophistication and soul it once had. Some elements feel almost cartoonish, stripping away the character and understated beauty that made it special. For longtime guests, it’s painful to see such a once-stunning space transformed into something so generic.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is extremely welcoming and works hard to ensure your stay is perfect. The breakfast was great and included many options. They provide snacks throughout the day free of charge. The saunas are also free of charge.
