Me and my dad had a good day in the beautiful alpines of Cavalese, when we randomly found the hidden beautiful restaurant El Molin. The architecture of the restaurant is really something else. You get greeted at the restaurants front door by knocking. You then get led to a table in the comfy and good looking inner dining room. We ordered the course where you get AMAZING dishes. The service is perfect with professional waiters who knows a lot about every single ingredient which they put into the dishes. People are complaining about the price but what you get for that kind of money is just unbelievable.

Non sono solita a scrivere recensioni, ma qui è doverosa, quindi a caldo e appena uscita dal ristorante, voglio provare a mettere nero su bianco l’esperienza che ho appena vissuto.
Superlativo sotto ogni aspetto el Molin è davvero sottovalutato e mi chiedo come la guida Michelin abbia avuto il coraggio di assegnare solo una stella a questo ristorante impeccabile.
La location è a dir poco mozzafiato, l’accoglienza a dir poco eccezionale, siamo arrivati con un gran ritardo e siamo stati ricevuti calorosamente come gli ospiti più graditi, il menu degustazione è un percorso sublime nei ricordi dello chef Alessandro Gilmozzi, nella sua attenzione ai particolari e alla natura che regna sovrana nei suoi piatti, in ogni ingrediente si percepisce il grande lavoro di ricerca, abbinato da una mente sopraffina.
Lo chef è un artista geniale che non teme rivali, audace e temerario non ha fatto che sorprendermi ad ogni portata orchestrata in maniera impeccabile e che si sussegue alla precedente senza infinite attese!
Lo Chef non perde occasione per confrontarsi con ogni tavolo ad accogliere pareri ed emozioni, nel personale di sala si percepisce la grande passione e orgoglio di lavorare sotto una grande guida.

Superlative in every respect, el Molin is truly underrated and I wonder how the Michelin guide had the courage to award only one star to this impeccable restaurant.
The location is nothing short of breathtaking, the welcome nothing short of exceptional, we arrived very late and were received warmly like the most welcome guests, the tasting menu is a sublime journey into the memories of chef Alessandro Gilmozzi, in his attention to the details and nature that reigns supreme in his dishes, in every ingredient you can perceive the great research work, combined with a refined mind.
The chef is a brilliant artist who fears no rivals, bold and reckless, he did nothing but surprise me with each impeccably orchestrated course that follows the previous one without endless waiting!
The Chef never misses an opportunity to discuss with each table to welcome opinions and emotions, in the dining room staff you can perceive the great passion and pride of working under great guidance.
