The sauna was quite good, the breakfast was decent. The restaurant food we had for dinner was super nice and the staff was very polite and helpful!

Very picturesque and beautiful alpine scenery! Refreshing draft local pilsner beer most welcome after a long day driving! Room very comfortable & spacious. Breakfast selection very good and coffee good too! Highly recommend the experience. Staff speak German, Italian & English.

The hotel is very well located within Dolomites, easy to come and go everywhere.
The mattress had a hole in the middle, by complaining, it was changed within 10 minutes!
The breakfast was good but we noticed some staff demotivated and not taking care of tables and replacing things, occasionally when they finally replaced cheese and some omelette many guests have left without eating it, therefore leading to waste of food after breakfast closed.
Nevertheless the restaurant, bar and reception offered an outstanding service every night, prompt to help and fast to serve.
This hotel doesn’t charge you hidden extras like others in the region, therefore I strongly recommend it!

At first glance,it’s seems like the hotel is in a bad location. But actually,it’s not. Without driving,You have got beautiful paths from the hotel to hike and beautiful flowers,animals, lake to see. And at night,no traffic noise are heard at least from our room.

The room we stayed in April, was very clean 👍🏽And the bathroom were very spacious👍🏽. In the same room,You have Separate Tub and Shower Combos. Very nice👍🏽. Good price.

We enjoyed our sauna. Just that the sauna benches were not steady and makes lots of noise at any movement.

We had 2 dinner nights and the pizzas were very tasty

2 things though:1)the first one is for the guests: when you are ordering pizza or anything and the staff tells you that there’s a buffet of salads and you can go collect, don’t assume that the price is included in your pizza. Please,first confirm before proceeding. Those salads cost more than it should.
2)this is for the hotel: if you have guests staying in your hotel and you know you have got Maintenance works to do by the side of their room and right above their room from 3pm untill 6pm non-stop(referring to April 23,2022),it will be nice to inform your guest before they book your hotel or if they have already booked, make another provision for them for those hours or compensate them in one way or the other. Those noise :drills and Hammering, didn’t make us enjoy our stay that much .

We stayed for one night on our trip going to Austria. The checkin was quick. Our room got the prime view of the mountains, very beautiful!
Room are very clean, well equipped. Bathroom has soaps and shampoos.
Wifi is decent. It’s pretty good for a hotel near the Dolomites!
There is a restaurant in the main floor and if you order a salad for starter- it’s a buffet style, You can select all fresh veggies and fresh olives, artichokes, etc. So much selection.
We ordered a family size pizza and the hostess got another table for us because it won’t fit! It was huge! Very tasty! 😊😁
i would recommend this hotel if you’re passing this way and want to stay in the area.
