The best restaurant where you get the best quality steaks and good wine. we love this idea where you all eat together with people you don't even know, but when you sit at the table and drink excellent wine, you get to know each other and it's quite funny.

Wow, just wow. An amazing legacy, a culinary pilgrimage, happening by chance upon Dario's 69th birthday. Officina Della Bistecca was amazing, ambiance, service, personality, and style out of this world. Obviously a Tuscan must-do. Chianti Crudo (tartare) with Profumo del Chianti is a standout star of the meal, as was the long-braised Pancia and bistecca Panzanese.
