Hidden gem with some of the best food in Florence. Beautiful modern take on traditional dishes, with flavors I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Incredible ambience and service with the owner Gabriele! Couldn’t recommend this place more, even though I selfishly want there to always be a table for me.

Absolute gem. Gabriel—the chef, owner, and our waiter—is an artist. Every bite was really special and highlighted seasonal regional ingredients. Creative dishes that we welcomed after days eating similar kinds of pastas. It's the kind of cozy, intimate environment with 5-star food and locals as fellow diners that you pray to find whenever you travel. I'd done research and reserved online before the trip, only to find that our Airbnb host counts this as her personal favorite in the area.

This meal was one of the best of my life! Gabriele, The owner/waiter/chef was so personable and his English was great! It felt like he was welcoming us into his kitchen at home. Every dish we tried was spectacular. Wish my stomach was bigger so I could have eaten more.

Favorite meal in Florence! It was a refreshing break from all of the trattorias. Dishes were creative and super well executed. The ambiance was relaxed. My only regret is not having more meals here.

Second time here. We love it!! Gabriele is the owner, waiter, sometimes cook, will take care of you like family. His recommendations are always spot on. Traditional Italian family food. Very intimate setting, with the coolest soundtrack! This is not a place an influencer or their followers will make it to. Time and effort is spent on the food and making the visitor feel welcome. Come here to experience Florence the city not the tourist attraction!
