If you’re contemplating this hotel! Don’t pass it up! Has been the best boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service and staff is excellent. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and helpful. Very accommodating with early check in despite usual time. The rooms are extremely clean and charming. The hotel itself is modern with historic touches. The patio is cozy. It’s about 15-20 minutes walk to city center where all the sites are.

Im recently had the pleasure of staying at Dimora Palanca Firenze, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality and attention to detail was second to none.

A special mention goes to Alex, whose dedication to ensuring my stay was beyond accommodating truly stood out. Whether it was handling specific requests or offering thoughtful recommendations, Alex consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care set a standard that is hard to match.

Dimora Palanca was one of the best decisions we made during our stay in Florence! The staff went above and beyond our expectations. Giacomo was especially helpful! He gave us all the best recommendations for exploring the city and was such a delight to speak to. Location was also ideal! I will for sure be staying here again!

We stayed at Dimora Palanca for 14 days and our experience was wonderful. Despite some of the negative reviews from the guests our experience was nothing short of perfection.
The rooms were very clean and specious the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My daughter left her phone in the Taxi one day and the front desck receptionist Elisa went out of her way to find it.
Carlo is another receptionist at the hotel and I can’t tell you enough about his warm and friendly personality. He helped us with planning day trips and gave us really good suggestions.
Overall I think this hotel is 5 star and more.
Because it’s small it’s more personal and cozy, plus the location is so perfect and close to town center. I  will for sure stay there next time.

Our only regret is we were unable to stay longer.  The accommodations exceeded our expectations...modern conveniences in "old world" charm.  In today's world, staff seems to be the greatest challenge...one staff misstep was immediately recognized and corrected in a kind and caring way, truly the measure of hospitality excellence!

There is nothing in Florence that compares to this beautiful hotel with respect to quality & price.
