We chose this hotel after we stayed in the city center. The city center is loud with people partying all hours of the night.  Thus, we went on the other side of the river and found the Ponte Vecchio hotel.  The staff here is amazing.  When they say the have soundproof facility, they were not lying.  It is very quiet.  The beds are comfortable and the shower and bathtub had great water pressure. We were very happy we chose to stay here and will return when we go back to Florence.

Very nice property, quite small only two floors. Excellent location close to the bridge but far enough away to avoid the chaos.  It was a bit noisy on a holiday but otherwise no issues with noise.  Staff were very efficient, friendly and always available.  Rooms and bathroom were large and it included well appointed kitchen.  Price extremely reasonable for the size of the room, location and service.  Very nice breakfast and complimentary wine and apperitivo in the evening.  Many excellent restaurants nearby both casual and fancier.  Close to most major attractions but on the quieter less chaotic side of the Arno

Brilliant staff team, very friendly, accommodating and wanting to help.

Location was central and couldn't fault it. Ideal location for all the sightseeing locations.

Quality of the suites was very good, some minor improvements could take place In the room however, it was to a very good standard.

Breakfast had a good choice, no complaints.

We spent 2 nights in Florence and were so lucky to find this gem of a hotel. The location, just off the bridge but tucked away so it wasn't touristy at all. I didn't love the location of our room (330) because there was only a view of the A/C units and they were a little loud but otherwise we loved the room and the service was exceptional. The nightly happy hour was also a nice way to meet people and unwind after a day on the town. I'd highly recommend.
