All around fantastic experience! Our best meal in Florence. We had the Pear and Pecorino salad, Angels and Demons Gnocchi, Florentine steak, and the cheesecake. Everything was delicious! The service and environment was also top tier. Wish we had had time to go back again another night! Make sure to make a reservation.

Located away from the tourists condensations, and to our surprise, we had great dishes prepared and served to the maximum satisfaction. The service attendant was quite knowledgeable and smartly synchronizing his check ups and services in tune with our preferred order and choice of serving.  Not so many places you’ll find such a customized treatment.

About the food taste and quality, honestly I believe we successfully located the top spot for making and baking one of Italy’s greatest lasagna (beef version)…. It was soft and notably tasty and yet, the beef Ragu was truly fresh, thick and balanced.

We also enjoyed one of the best salads I tried so far in Italy, nicely chopped and flavored with all natural ingredients. For salad lovers, this must be a big plus for the restaurant.

Am sure I’ll repeat the visit whenever back to Florence, mainly due to the great service, great Chef and cooking and, the tasty food.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely dinner here our first night in Florence and it truly set the bar high for the rest of the trip! The service was absolutely amazing, from the wine tasting offerings, to the guidance on the menu, to the complimentary dessert drinks.

We started with the cheese assortment, which is still the best assortment we have received, and the artichoke salad, which was very light. I personally wouldn’t get the salad again, but that’s just personal preference.

Next course, we got the pici special (must try experience) and the gnocchi (I cannot express how delicious this was)!

We are already trying to come back!!

So happy we chose this spot for my birthday dinner. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Our waiter was very friendly and made great recommendations. All of the food was amazing, we had 3 pastas and the florentine steak family style. It was a very fun experience with great food and wine!

This was a recommendation from a friend, and it is definitely more on the touristy side of things.

We got the Bistecca and Gnocchi, as well as a couple of sides. All in all not bad. Staff were helpful and lovely, and helped us out if we needed anything.

Definitely pushy for tips which is atypical for Florence/Europe. It’s also very expensive. We got a main to share and the steak, one drink each and one side each and it was almost 85 euros each. For reference, we’d go somewhere similar, if not better quality for 80 euros total. I’d probably not be back again, but glad we tried out a recommendation.

Min fru och jag var på vår smekmånad bor i närheten så vi stannade till för middag. Vi var så imponerade av servitrispersonalen (de var så snälla och hade kul medan de arbetade) , maten var fantastisk, och vinet var perfekt för den maträtt vi hade. Vi delade biff florentin och älskade det! Vi hade också pasta och det var lika fantastiskt som resten av vår upplevelse! Vi kommer tillbaka!

Jag rekommenderar starkt denna restaurang. Servicen och maten var fantastisk! Till förrätt beställde vi fänkålssallad med apelsiner och valnötter, nötkött carpaccio, vongole gryta i tomatsås (helt spektakulär); till förrätt - pici pasta med tryffel och pecorinoost och biff. Deras dessert - tiramisu och varm smältning i munnen cheesecake var smth annars! Du måste absolut prova varm cheesecake!

Denna restaurang har två platser i Florens med exakt samma namn och meny. Vi hade turen att få gå till den andra platsen. När vi kom dit möttes vi av Matteo som var otroligt artig, vänlig och professionell. Han gick utöver för att få oss att känna sig bekväma och välkomna. Hans vinkunskap var klockren. Dessutom var maten utmärkt. Är otroligt vad bra Service kan göra till en restaurang. Jag kommer att ge den här restaurangen A+

Att säga att Servicen var utmärkt, är en underdrift. Samt att säga att maten var fantastisk! Jag hade Gnocchi Angelo e Demoni och jag nästan grät. Fråga gärna om det rekommenderade vinet tillsammans med din maträtt, det kommer inte att göra dig besviken! (Glöm inte att fråga om historien om denna fantastiska restaurang)

Ledio var mycket kunnig på lokala vin och rätter. Vi hade en bra måltid och ännu bättre samtal. Vi kommer definitivt att vara tillbaka när du besöker Florens.

Vårt andra besök och vår favorit i Florens! Få pastaprovtagaren förberedd vid bordet och hemlagad (bordsgjord) , precis utöver det vanliga! Christian var vår servitör, fantastiskt. Missa inte att äta här, helt minnesvärd.

Vi åt en av våra bästa måltider, kanske den bästa, på La Buchetta till middag. Det var en fantastisk upplevelse med personlig Service och fantastisk mat. Carpaccio var en stor portion. Den serverades på en bädd av ruccola (raket) och toppades med två stora trianglar parmesanost. Min fru älskade sin ravioli med blåmögelost. Min gnocchi hade en av de bästa såser jag någonsin smakat och hade bacon och lite rödpepparflingor. Det var ”smält i munnen” gott. Till efterrätt åt vi glass som de gjorde vid vårt bord med hjälp av flytande kväve. Aldrig sett något liknande. För att avsluta måltiden, de gav oss en gratis Limoncello. Det fanns en skylt på väggen nära vårt bord där det stod: ”Om vin inte var en viktig sak, skulle Gud inte ha gett det sitt första mirakel!”.

Vår familj åt här på vår första natt i Florens. Vi valde denna restaurang på rekommendation från vår lägenhet ägare och det var en utmärkt introduktion till florentinsk mat. Vi åt på några olika ställen under vår vistelse, men La Buchetta verkligen stack ut. Det var en liten mysig restaurang med vänlig och uppmärksam personal. Vi hade en ost och kött antipasti mellan oss till att börja och det var utsökt, och så mycket mat! En av våra sällskap hade ostpastan och en annan hade biffen - jag hade en toskansk gryta som var utsökt. Men feedbacken runt var utmärkt mat! Definitivt värt ett besök.

La Buchetta var en sådan enastående upplevelse i Florens! Servicen var utmärkt från början till slut. Picipastan var perfekt al dente och avslutades i ett osthjul precis vid vårt bord — så smakrik och rolig att titta på. Vi avslutade måltiden med en affogato gjord bordssida med flytande kväve, vilket var lika gott som det var coolt att se. Skulle absolut komma tillbaka!

Helt fantastisk mat, och mycket mycket vänlig personal. Vi hade en fantastisk kväll! Det ligger också mycket bekvämt avstånd från Piazza Michelangelo så det är perfekt för lite mat efter att ha tittat på solnedgången. Var noga med att boka bord i god tid. . .

Denna restaurang har en fantastisk atmosfär och personalen är så vänliga och kunniga - biff florentine var fantastisk! Öknar var enastående också - rekommenderar starkt ett besök!

Underbar mat och läge. Utmärkt och vänlig personal. Revbensöga var att dö för. Vår servitör var Banji som var härlig. Mycket hjälpsam och kunnig. Restaurangen var upptagen, men personalen var alltid uppmärksam. Fantastisk atmosfär och förmodligen vår bästa restaurang upplevelse i Toscana.

Vi besökte på rekommendation av vår Airbnb värd, och han hade rätt! Atmosfären i restaurangen är härlig och servitörerna är lysande. Inredningen är stor, med signerade korkar och träblock överallt. Vår biff visades för oss, sedan tillagad och skuren för oss. Smaken var overklig. Även den medföljande grönsaken var underbar. Rekommenderar grundligt.

Nico var den bästa servitören någonsin! Jag har aldrig ätit så fantastisk pasta i hela mitt liv. Gnocchin och osthjulspastan förändrade livet. Kan inte ljuga. Gav oss till och med de bästa citroncelloshotsen. 10000 / 10 erfarenhet

På vår första natt i Florens vi behövde någonstans autentiska och vi snubblade på denna fantastiska restaurang. Maten var så vällagad och servitörerna var så kunniga och hjälpsamma när vi försökte välja våra rätter. Jag hade den mest utsökta maten och en sådan underbar matupplevelse.
