We had the most amazing stay in Florence at this hotel. The hospitality was 5 star - honestly the best service of our entire trip! Leonardo was incredible!! We had lovely turn down service every night - complete with tea and slippers , and they helped us book the most fantastic dinner reservations! This gem of a hotel only has 15 rooms, and everyone treats you so personally. Truly a wonderful, delightful, and unique experience. The room itself was beautiful, with high ceilings and a sitting area, and every room has a kitchenette and luggage area. Truly the most spacious stay we have had in Italy. The location was great- we never needed a taxi or car service , we could walk to all the restaurants, shopping and museums. We absolutely loved our stay here, and are looking forward to returning in the future. Would highly recommend this hotel!

If you want to stay at the Firenze Hotel, make sure to stay at this hotel. You will be impressed by the luxurious service. The location is great, the breakfast is so touching, and the bed is so comfortable. The hotel is small, but the attitude of the staff is luxurious. Feels like an aristocrat? ^^ Praise TAMMASO. An excellent boutique property in a location that can’t be beat.

Was warmly assisted by Leonardo upon arrival and assigned a room on the 3rd floor facing the inner atrium. Absolutely no street noise.

The breakfast was simple yet high quality.

The in room amenities and the water pressure was top notch.

Coming back every evening to a welcome tea setup in the room was a small gesture but very much appreciated.

Don’t bother staying anywhere else in Florence.

We had a great stay at an amazing property. Luca and the entire staff went above and beyond. The location was perfect. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to be centrally located in Florence next to all the amazing shops in a small boutique hotel
