More of a place to go see the view. If you want a drink you'll be waiting 20 minutes or more.... seriously not that hard to bartend. Staff doesn't communicate well and talks loudly (yells) at customers. But the views are beautiful!

Thats a view you want to see when you drink you apperol. Very nice place! Nice personnel as well. Good place for a break during your day in Florence.

Amazing views during the day and the evening. Service is prompt and drinks very good. A good spot for a romantic date or with a group.
It gets busy very quickly and consistently, so unless you have booked, you have to rely on luck to grab a table.
I'm not the best at getting photos.

Great atmosphere, great view and friendly staff. I had an aperol which was a bit more expensive than average but definitely worth it, go in the evening and you'll see a great sunset.

Believe the bad reviews. Our waitress was discriminatory. We waited a FULL HOUR before our waitress came to us. She waited on our whole section twice but never came to us. When we asked if we could order, she rolled her eyes 🙄 literally! Like she did not want to wait us. Seriously?!!! I counted how many tables she waited on others in our section and it was at least twice for each table. Disgusting. Literally there is no food here and people mainly order aperol spritz… and our waitress kept telling us they were so busy that we need to wait 10 more minutes… which turned to 1 hour. Also, 3 drinks will cost you 40 euros.
