What an unexpected and incredibly delicious meal in Montepulciano. While we were traveling in the Tuscany region, my daughter highly recommended we stop for a meal at Osteria del Borgo.  This was probably our best meal in Italy 🇮🇹  (that's saying A LOT). We were seated out on the terrace on a gorgeous October day.  Breathtaking view atop the rolling hills of Tuscany.  We met Francesco, one of the owners. Our server guided us through the menu with ease. We ordered the special and    carbonara meal. Start to finish, this was a culinary highlight in our Italy adventure.

Lovely restaurant with a spectacular view over the countryside from the terrace. Highly recommend booking a table here for sunset.
The food was delicious, we went for the beef cheeks for mains and I had a pici with aubergine, tomatoes and pecorino which was incredible!
Only small comment would be a lack of ambience. There was no background music which meant we heard the same story from one waiter a few too many times.

My wife and I stayed here for several days while we visited Montepulciano and the surrounding countryside. The room was great as well as the location, but the best part of our stay was the folks who run the B&B, Francesco and Giacomo. These two brothers are so welcoming and friendly ..they reserved us the last table for a sunset dinner which we will never forget. Beautiful view over Tuscany as the sun went down with delicious food and incredible wine. This B&B is a must-stay if you are in the area! We hope to come back again soon!

Great restaurant with beautiful views. Service was  very nice and friendly. We had the chicken liver to start which was really good. The steak florentine was excellent as were the roasted. Great views of the Tuscany hills from the outside seating. Highly recommend!

We LOVED this cozy and slightly crowded place for great wine and amazing food. The sliced flank was incredible, as was the pasta. Wine prices were resonance and they have bottles to go!
