My wife and I have visited many Michelin star  restaurants around the world and have enjoyed them without exception; until visiting here.

The menu is a surprise which usually is fine. In this case we were served dishes of food that had seemingly been found on the side of the road; rabbit liver, raw pigeon breast, snail, sea urchin and oyster in lambs lard, among other things.

The most satisfying dish was the bread and olive oil served as a side, which frankly sums up our experience.

The service was fine up until the point where I accidentally dropped a wine glass and was then treated like a drunken criminal! The staff took 10 minutes to clear the glass leaving the shattered remains on the table as a trophy of shame. Not once did they offer to refill the untouched glass of wine that was smashed.

Overall a very disappointing, expensive experience that is not worth the hassle.

A magnificent dinner in an idyllic setting. Chef delivered what seemed like endless courses, all of them excellent and several transcendent. Went to a 1 star Michelin restaurant in Rome several days prior, and this experience was far superior. For the price, this meal delivered amazing value. Cannot recommend more strongly. Also were extremely accommodating with dietary restrictions. Bravo!

Absolutely stunning tasting menu, wine pairing with the most attentive service possible. Very imaginative and tasty food combinations with clever presentations. They worked cleverly to avoid any allergies and dislikes. Can’t be long before this gets at least 2 Michelin stars. Thank you to all involved.

No words can describe this experience other than it completely blew us away. The food was innovative, interesting, and delicious. The service was above and beyond anything we’ve ever experienced, even at three star Michelin restaurants. This is a must do for travelers who want an incredibly special dining experience. I have so many pictures but love the allure of a blind tasting menu.
