SO RUDE! Three staff have been talking to each other loudly, regardless of the guests! the customers have been waiting for a long time to order, no one wants to pay attention to us, they just care about their own chat and chat very High! and then we interrupt them several times before they begin to order.

When we ordered the coffee, the young girl asked us if we wanted ice or hot. We said we wanted ice. Then she rolled her eyes and said impatiently, "next time you say in advance whether you want it cold or hot?" We thought it was weird.

I saw that she poured “Whipped milk” back from the cup into the milk carton. I felt that the milk had gone bad, very unsanitary.

When we sat down, we found that we miss the receipt, the girl said that she had threw it into the dustbin. and told us, “if you want it, you look in the trash yourself!”And scold us in Italian.

SO RUDE! Florence should be ashamed of the three of them!!!

Even if you ask smth a little bit not on the menu, like some pecorino cheese they always have available, water with lemon - they will always do their best. Absolutely happy coming here everyday 😌

I love this cafe so much! I kept going back till my trip in Florence came to an end.

The coffee is great, the vibes of the place are great, and it’s a perfect place to be on a sunny day. I would definitely recommend to sit outside when the sun’s out, if you have a chance to as it’s usually full.
