As close as you can get to heaven on earth!

We go very frequently to restaurants and we are Collegas in the business as we own a small charming hotel in Provence.  But very seldom we’re having the enormously great experience we’ve had here with Bianca and her parents! What a great restaurant with a dining experience you get very very seldom! The personal service and attention is just unbelievable! In minutes you feel at home and it feel like you know them for very long time already and that we’ve been here many many times already! The authentic food with all explanations are so good that you never ever want to leave again! There is a fantastic tasting menu with suggested wines by one of the best Italian wines sommelier we’ve ever met! This restaurant is on a 7 hour drive from us in Provence but I promise you that we will be back soon to be as close to heaven as you can get on this earth…… Thank you Bianca, her parents and staff!

We first visited this restaurant in 2011 (when we came 3 times in one week), returned in 2012 and were lucky enough to be near enough this summer to return another 3 times. This is the perfect Italian restaurant. Beautiful surroundings,setting and ambience with the nicest family running it. The food is outstanding and has never disappointed us. The quails egg ravioli was our first intro to the standard of cooking but everything is delicious so whatever you try you will enjoy. Make sure you book as it's not a big restaurant and you won't be disappointed. We look forward to returning again soon! Superb food and service .  We dined here
twice during our stay in beautiful Panicale.  Each appetizer and main course were so delicious.  It’s a family run restaurant and the family members are wonderful people.
The chef is very creative with local ingredients , she is also a sommelier.
The wine list is extensive.  The country bread is baked  in their oven.  I recommend reservations as they serve only 6 small tables.  Panicale’s best restaurant!

What a lovely place! local products are put forward in a very elegant way, with perfect portion sizes. We were very well advised on wine and were also told about the origin of products and dishes. They accommodated my food allergies with great care which is always super appreciated. I will gladly return!
