The locanda is fully refurbished and charming. The rooms are well appointed clean and spacious. There is a common area for tea and coffee and a chat. Conveniently located to visit Perugia and the surroundings. This is a locanda and not a hotel but you get great value for your money. DO NOT MISS THE RESTAURANT DOWNSTAIRS!!! Divine!

If you have large luggage, you’ll need to carry it up a flight of stairs. There’s a restaurant downstairs where we enjoyed delicious breakfast and dinner. The room had a beautiful view, and we even got to see the sunset. The owner was very friendly and welcoming.

The definition of hospitality! Warm, kind yet fully professional! Every detail was carefully arranged both in the rooms and the restaurant, and you could feel the love and care behind every aspect of the experience and in the eyes of the people running the place!

This hotel is amazing, the bedroom was super clean, the view is gorgeous,and the food is incredible! Especially the local breakfast. Silvia and Paula were amazing hosts.

Very very very nice and cozy stay. Everything was amazing, the rooms are all new and all the hotel is actually fully refurbished. The rooms are well equipped and have a very nice design. The location has a library and a nice cozy place to watch tv or to have a peaceful cup of tea. The entire structure has also a very cozy restaurant, where the food is si delicious and the view over Perugia is breathtaking. We’ll consider this location anytime we would like to revisit the city. The owners are so helpful. we fully recommend the place, which is 8 mins by car to the center of the city.
