Truly delicious food and a very attentive hostess. Dishes were very imaginative made of local ingredients. It was a great experience.

Great food. I have chosen typical aostan tasting menu. Everything was exceptional, fresh and testy. Restaurant is small, and beautiful. Meal portions was quite big for quality restaurant, That was another plus.
Deserts was slightly disapointing, nothing amazing, but still very, very good.
Overall great place to visit if you ski in the area, or doing some hikes during summer

I dare say, this is the best meal I've ever had in Italy. World class food, wine and service.  You start here and then work downwards. Absolutely brilliant. Had a tasting menu with combinations that were exceptionally subtle and flavored. Wine list is superb....but ask for there help. They gave us a superb chardonnay and after a red blend. Local wines, well priced and comparable to the well known labels.  Don't miss this place. It's really special
