Un ristorante eccezionale guidato da uno chef altrettanto eccezionale. Menù Nin molto particolare, non per tutti, ma impeccabile in ogni dettaglio. Ingredienti mai visti né sentiti, altri più conosciuti, trattati con una tecnica magistrale. Tutti i ragazz* in sala strepitosi: professionali e simpatici. Carta vini wow. Un ristorante da non perdersi!

An exceptional restaurant led by an equally exceptional chef. Very particular Nin menu, not for everyone, but impeccable in every detail. Ingredients never seen or heard of, others better known, treated with a masterful technique. All the guys in the room were amazing: professional and friendly. Wow wine list. A restaurant not to be missed!

Il menù degustazione nin (15 portate) è stato strepitoso. Questo ristorante è stato impeccabile in tutto, ma si è distinto per la ricerca e lo studio, che hanno portato a piatti con sapori unici ed accostamenti impensabili. Ho apprezzato particolarmente lo Chef, che ha dedicato almeno 5 minuti ad ogni tavolo presente in sala, con la sua spontaneità ed umiltà. Inoltre ho apprezzato l’attenzione di tutto lo staff alla mia intolleranza al lattosio, gestita impeccabilmente. Un’elemento sopra alle righe è stato sicuramente il servizio, a mio parere superiore anche ai ristoranti 3 stelle Michelin in cui sono stata. Lo staff è stato perfetto, ma mi sento di fare i complimenti in particolar modo ad Elia, professionale ma allo stesso tempo sciolto e con la battuta pronta al momento giusto. Ci ha fatto sentire proprio a nostro agio.

The non tasting menu (15 courses) was amazing. This restaurant was impeccable in everything, but stood out for its research and study, which led to dishes with unique flavors and unthinkable combinations. I particularly appreciated the Chef, who dedicated at least 5 minutes to each table in the room, with his spontaneity and humility. I also appreciated the attention of all the staff to my lactose intolerance, which was managed impeccably. An over the top element was certainly the service, in my opinion even superior to the 3 Michelin star restaurants I have been to. The staff was perfect, but I would like to compliment Elia in particular, professional but at the same time relaxed and with a joke ready at the right time. He made us feel very comfortable.

Esperienza sublime: lo chef Giacomello risulta geniale nel proporre dei piatti che superano ogni attesa. La ricerca delle materie prime sembra commissionata alla NASA. Il gioco delle consistenze lascia letteralmente a bocca aperta. Un grandissimo plauso allo staff: attento, competente e professionale…e per di più giovanissimo.

Sublime experience: chef Giacomello is brilliant in proposing dishes that exceed all expectations. The search for raw materials appears to have been commissioned to NASA. The play of textures literally leaves you speechless. A huge applause to the staff: attentive, competent and professional... and what's more, very young.

Il NIN per noi è stata una serata a base di magia. Siamo stati qui a fine estate.
Splendido l’affaccio sul Lago di Garda; il nostro tavolo era proprio in prima fila sulla vetrata con vista mozzafiato al tramonto.
Servizio impeccabile. Il percorso, puro genio. C’era la possibilità di scegliere tra due percorsi culinari: noi abbiamo scelto la raccolta dei “piatti intramontabili” dello Chef. A parte, abbiamo chiesto di poter assaggiare il dessert Limone Dimenticato dello Chef, curiosi di testarlo.
Serata indimenticabile!

For us, NIN was an evening of magic. We stayed here at the end of the summer.
The view of Lake Garda is splendid; our table was right in the front row of the window with a breathtaking view of the sunset.
Impeccable service. The path, pure genius. There was the possibility to choose between two culinary paths: we chose the collection of the Chef's "timeless dishes". Separately, we asked to taste the Chef's Forgotten Limone dessert, curious to test it.
