We visited the little village of Bornio to see where my Italian ancestors came from and to find this gem of a restaurant was a delightful surprise. The atmosphere is chic yet inviting, the staff is super polite and friendly. The restaurant only serves local and seasonal produce, staying true to traditional Italian recipes. The food is absolutely delicious as you'd expect from a restaurant that has the Michelin seal of approval. Having dinner at Trattoria Al Ponte was definitely the highlight of our trip.

The hospitality and kindness of the staff was great! We have arrived with a large group of 7, and we were greeted with a warm welcome. The food was delicious , the pappardelle al.ragu, faraona and oca were delicious! The kids loved their pasta! I highly recommended !
