We came for an afternoon tea experience. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, less the sofa where we were sitting on (not super comfy to enjoy sweets and tea). The service was also super nice and professional.
BUT you should not come here for the food. It was average and nothing refined. Lots of cookies and it didn't taste anything particular. Definitely the price paid is for the place itself.

Wow and more wow ! Location is pretty amazing , just few meters from s.Marc sq. overlooking the lagoon. An iconic Italian hotel , old school , very elegant ! The view on the roof top terrace is simply amazing ! Going through a total refurbishment in stages but still operational. This kind of grandeur does not come cheap … but totally worth it !

Rome and venish ...tourist attraction places , beauty spots. Romantic places of Itali.  We are 32 tourist from Surat city Gujarat state of India visited Europe in may 2023. During tour we visited France. Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland  Linchestin , Austria and Itali. Before we finished our tour 3 last days were in Itali. Dream comes true when we visit venis floating city. Gondola ride and market place area. , churches. Wow.

Arrived via pre-arranged water taxi from the train station. We were met by Marco, a hotel representative who showed us the way to the taxi. At the hotel lobby check in the desk, we were greeted by Sylvia, who processed the check-in and showed us to our rooms explaining the amenities of the hotel. We experience the hotel lobby bar and in room dining. The hotel and staff were superior!

So just about everything about this hotel is wonderful. Excellent service from the second I checked in until now. Concierge, room service, room cleaning, the rooftop restaurant and the bar in the lobby were all lovely. The only negative I have is that the air conditioning is almost non existent. I didn’t sleep my entire stay because I’m melting. As expected when I told them, they immediately sent of a service tech and he cleaned the filter and said it’s working properly. I guess a 78 degree humid room is normal. Other than dying of sweat at night, everything else was great
