I stayed here in January for just under a week and it was fabulous. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and (I suppose because we were staying a while and it was quiet) we even were upgraded, which I thought was terrifically generous. The building is beautiful and the location is also great -- it's a 20 minute walk from most of the major landmarks, but was quiet and close to the water and good restaurants.

I read a review on Google saying breakfast was slow or somehow deficient -- I would wholeheartedly disagree. There was a well-stocked buffet on the weekend, and during the week, when it was quiet and so the hotel had table service, we were able to order everything we would have gotten from the buffet. The fruit plates were especially tasty. I looked forward to breakfast every day, and it became a very relaxing ritual to start the day. The service at breakfast, as indeed throughout the hotel, was charming, warm, and thoughtful.

The front desk was also always willing to help. They recommended restaurants and made multiple reservations for us (including changing one when we realized we'd had too much lunch to have a big dinner), and when my sister had to take a pre-dawn taxi to the airport, the person at the front desk walked her to the boat and confirmed the price so that she could feel confident on her journey.

I sincerely hope to come back to Venice soon, and to stay at this hotel.

Excellent Hotel, great and very friendly service and staff.

Especially the restaurant La Bauta is one of the best in Venice as well as on an international scale. We have been extremely pleased by the dishes and the whole team as well as the waiter Giacomo who is one of the best of its kind. We have been very impressed by his professionalism as well his great ability to add a personal touch so that we look forward to come back and to be guests in this restaurant over and over again. This has
been one of the best discoveries in Venice over the last years. Thanks again!!

Nani Mocenigo Palace is a gem with a true Venetian soul.
Perfectly located next to Accademia, the building is amazing with wonderful common areas and a beautiful garden. Rooms are beautifully renovated full of genuine details. The front desk staff, the bar and the restaurant offer a seamless service. Highly recommended, even better in real life than it looks online.

My girlfriend and I spent 4 romantic days at Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace and loved every minute of our stay. The room was spotless, beautifully designed and decorated. The concierge service and in general all staff have been perfect. The location is perfect to reach every place in Venice by foot. Breakfast was incredible. We will definitely be back soon!

Didn't know where to stay, but stumbled upon this. Wow, what a treasure! Michael at the front desk went way above and beyond. He pointed us to a free tour of Murano Glass, and served us at every opportunity. The breakfast staff, food, presentation all were fantastic. Thank you to all the Mocenigo staff and friends.
