Very poor Management!
We’ve heard great reviews but we were shocked when we got there.

1) The safe technician which is an old man came inside our room while my mom was changing without knocking on the doors.

2)That same guy (the safe technician) came in later when were not in our rooms and changed the safe code and stole 1000€ from our safe.

3) Girls tried to pick pocket my brother in the hotel lounge until he yelled security and they got them out.

4) Our rooms kept get on getting locked and we couldn’t enter because the card won’t work for some odd reason. We had to get the card from the reception every few days to enter our room. Mind you this happened in the span of 4 days!

When we told them to open the CCTV for the technician that stole from our safe they complied however, the hotel manager blamed it on us because it’s hotel policy that what happens to the safe is not their fault?!! They brushed everything under the rug. We couldn’t get our money back and they haven’t done anything to the guy who stole from us!

We had an amazing stay at Nolinski Venezia. The staff were friendly and helpful from the first day to the end. The room was really comfortable, spacious and super clean; every detail was thought about. The breakfast menu proposed a wide range of options. The il caffe restaurant was really delicious especially the bruschetta, panzanella salad and lobster linguine. The location was also a plus: walking distance to the main attractions.

Nolinski Hotel in Venice exceeded all expectations. Blending Venetian charm with modern luxury, the hotel offers beautifully appointed rooms, outstanding service, and delicious dining. Its prime location near key attractions, coupled with a serene atmosphere, makes it the perfect escape. Highly recommended for a luxurious stay in Venice! Matteo was so kind and always was readily available to help us. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely, stunning hotel. Located close to many shops (Murano Glass) restaurants, water taxi and Saint Mark's Basilica and square. The staff is amazing! I would say best place I've ever had the pleasure of staying.

The staff will go beyond above and beyond. Special thanks to the concierge that will reply straight away with booking and recommends you good places that suits your taste. The rooms have so much character and feel cozy. Coffee is good in the brassarie we also had dinner. Amazing location just maximum 10 mins away from everything.
