Been here 6 days in suite Guggenheim . Another day to go and loving the hotel and surrounding area .
The hotel as a traditional Venice feel . rustic beams and some classic furniture.
Staff can't do enough for you .
Plenty of choice for breakfast and spotless .
Stayed for a meal in the hotel .
The food and wine was defenetly 5 star .
And the restaurant furniture was breathtaking.
Great area as well .5 walk to get the Valetta boat .go out the hotel turn left over the bridge .next to the bridge on the other side
St marks square is only 9 min walk .
A well equipped spar supermarket 5 min walk .
Well done management and staff

Absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend enough. The staff were brilliant and so helpful and friendly. Great location; suite clean and large. Fantastic shower. Amazing view from the balcony. Great breakfast times. Thank you to all the reception staff especially who really helped us and we're so kind and concerned when we had problems concerning our passports

Our stay at Pisani Venice was satisfactory overall. The customer service was friendly, which we appreciated. The hotel's old-world charm is evident, and the location is perfect - though it could definitely benefit from some tender loving care. The bedroom walls were dirty, showers had mould and showed their age, and the furniture was worn out. Our room in the attached annex was basic, unlike the charismatic and historic rooms advertised in the main building, like two different hotels !
We wouldn't recommend or return.

We really were impressed with the location and the personnel are all very nice.  We had the presidential suite and it was roomy and the canal views are awesome.    However the weather is I'm the 90s Fahrenheit  amd humid.  Unfortunately  the room didn't get very cool and you needed fans to sleep. You couldn't open the windows or open the shades to see the view in order to try to keep the heat in the room down. It was very uncomfortable.  They did give us a few bottle of wine and one free breakfast to compensate.  But when you're traveling from overseas and paying absolute top prices during the high season you should at least have a cool room that you don't sweat in.   The ac said it needed a filter change but it never got changed. I'm not sure it would have helped.  At home that works.  My wife is highly sensitive  to the heat and it put a big damper on her experience . Anyway this is not to trash a truly historic property.  Merely to help others who may expect to have a nice cool room for the prices they get it may not happen

We just came from this hotel Palazzetto Pisani in Venice where we stayed 3 nights. We paid  over $2000 for this 5 star hotel that we would rate substandard . The hotel location is very good but the entrance to the hotel lobby is dark & dingy.  Our bedroom was very dark as well  and the bathroom looked like a converted closet. It was impossible for either of us to stand and take a shower. To make things worse was the smell from the canal in the bathroom. I asked reception if they could do something regarding the odor. Nothing was put in place. My biggest complaint for this hotel was the staff. The attitude was indifference- ( very unitalian) . One evening we decided to eat in the dining room. We noticed a large dog seated with its owner who was having a cocktail on a sofa away from our table. But when we sat down the dog began to stroll from table to table sniffing. We immediately got up and left, It is our preference to dine without large dogs sniffing  around. They couldn’t care less. We paid for the room in advance and the reality is that after our departure there will be more tourists. Caveat Emptor!
