I have stayed in Venice several times before, among all the hotels I stayed in including the big names like Danielle, the Sina Centurion Palace is the best so far. Superb and enthusiastic staff, Spacious room and excellent view, best choice! Thank you for all the staff for making an unforgettable journey!

The general manager and his staff were totally amazing. The friendliness and kindness of the team deserves recognition and accolades. Definitely a place to return to. Thank you all. I will be back to enjoy the hospitality at the next opportunity.

Yall the service here, top notch. The location fantastic. And the breakfast beautiful.

The front desk was so amazing and helpful with what ever we needed. And the bell man handled our luggage from the moment we stepped foot in the courtyard.

Only thing that was I little hard was the small room. Beds were good and pillows decent. Show also very nice.

I would totally stay again!

Lovely hotel, decor is on the more modern side.  Staff is very nice and courteous. We booked with Amex which unlocked a few extra perks (room upgrade, hotel credit).

The room: The 4 stars is due to temperature and air flow issues in the room. The air management and temperature system was very noisy so we turned it off, the room was very hot, and it feels like the air in the room is very dry and not properly flowing, we had to routinely open the window to get some fresh air in. Additionally the room are not well isolated, you hear everything that's happening in the hallway (e.g. doors being slammed, loud conversations).

The wifi: spotty connection, we had to use 5G and create a hotspot for reliable internet access.

The restaurant: we had bruschetta and lasagna. The bruschetta were made on very dry, thick, hard bread so definitely not top-tier. The lasagna were delicious.

location is obviously stunning, with a view ! team is great, rooms are usual good quality hotel rooms. View and the team what makes this place extraordinary
