This is not dining… this rather is a life experience that gives you the opportunity to feel and learn about a specific Italian area, the Veneto region. The dishes were perfect and well explained. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to eat all the desserts… we were just full. Keep note about the directions listed on the website and you won’t get lost.

This is the most amazing restaurant in my list. You have to drive top of the mountain  to reach this restaurant. They serve 7 course meal and they always have surprise menu. This restaurant is made in 350 years old house and has only 5 tables. You have to have 2 hours to compete your dinner.

Spinechile è un ristorante incantevole con una stella Michelin nascosto nei boschi poco sopra Thiene.
È stato rilevato da un antico fienile e infatti la struttura originale è stata mantenuta.
All’interno l’atmosfera è molto elegante, intima e e al contempo rilassata.
Nella sala principale, sono presenti 4 grandi tavoli rotondi con vista sulla vallata sottostante.
Durante il nostro pranzo, siamo stati cullati e trasportati dalla maîtresse di sala nella degustazione del menù degustazione Alchimie da 8 portate.
Per noi è stata un’esperienza davvero unica e che consigliamo di provare almeno una volta.

Spinechile is a lovely Michelin star restaurant hidden in the woods just above Thiene.
It was taken over from an old barn and in fact the original structure has been maintained.
Inside the atmosphere is very elegant, intimate and at the same time relaxed.
In the main room, there are 4 large round tables overlooking the valley below.
During our lunch, we were lulled and transported by the waitress to taste the 8-course Alchimie tasting menu.
For us it was a truly unique experience and one that we recommend trying at least once.
