The service here is excellent. Francesca especially goes above and beyond to make everything wonderful for everyone and you can tell she really cares. Unfortunately, we had some cleanliness issues and also, the rooms are quite dated - the pillows are flat and hard and seem old, the duvet seems worn. The bathroom smelled a little of mildew. It's an old building and that's part of its charm, just needs a refresh to be great. The location is good. The staff across the board is truly terrific - everyone who works there is friendly, helpful and doing their best. If you want a view, make sure to book one of the rooms that specifically offers it, else you're looking at a wall.

I splurged for our 10 year anniversary and booked one of the nicest hotels on The Grand Canal. I upgraded and chose an option that had a view of The Grand Canal.

I’m incredibly happy that I did the upgrade. The views were astonishing to capture Venice’s true beauty during the day and night. Worth every penny.

We also checked in super late at night and the front desk was very helpful to check us in. By the next morning, we choose to sleep in and we got a brief 10 minute discussion from the front desk on how to get to certain places. This level of customer service is hard to find and was very insightful.

The complimentary breakfast was plentiful in nature and is a nice plus.

The bathroom is incredibly luxurious with the appliances chosen and the tile flooring.

I’m beyond impressed with this hotel and I would happily recommend anyone to splurge and pick this venue.

It was the perfect end to a wonderful trip celebrating my 50th!

The staff were amazing!! They went above and beyond. The room was lovely and the location was wonderful. Located right across the bridge from the train station. They gave us the perfect recommendation for dinner. The incredible staff knew we had to leave early to catch a plane and had coffee and pastry ready for us when we checked out as we were missing their fantastic breakfast!
We will definitely be back.

A great first experience in vanice. Easy access to and from train station. Very lovely staff, offered good tips and service. We even got a chance to upgrade our room. In the off season, the canal view was quiet and very nice. A good breakfast, with vegan options (let them know before) , and a free tour to the new Murano Gallery was a good way to finish our short visit

This hotel is located right by the train station when you get to Venice. It was an easy walk with 3 big bags.  The people at the front desk were very helpful with things such as arranging water taxis to restaurant recommendations.  Overall we had a great experience here.
