100% recommend it! We stayed for the weekend and the room is good , clean ! The staff was super friendly and helpful , few min away from station (6min walk) that take you to the main things to see (boat to the busy areas in Venezia, Murano & Burano and the bus to the airport ) breakfast  simple but good !

We stayed at Palazzo Odoni for two nights. The location is excellent. It’s only a short walk from the train station, which is very useful when you have luggage that you don’t want to carry too far into town. The host was kind and helpful, though we found the restaurant recommendations on the map he provided to be on the pricey side.

When entering the hotel courtyard, be mindful that you will have to go up two quite tall sets of stairs to arrive in the lobby. Because the building is authentic, there is no lift either, so you’ll probably have to go up another flight of stairs to get to your room.

The room was nice - spacious and what felt like authentic decor. The cleaning was all right, but could’ve been a bit more thorough. I liked our green bathroom, but a few more hooks would’ve been appreciated. We only had two, despite getting two towels each, and one of them slanted so far downwards that towels slid off constantly. This led to us having to get clean towels, while we would’ve held onto them otherwise, for the environment if nothing else.

The breakfast room is small, but the selection is good. They offer pastries, bread with toppings, fresh fruit (which, if you arrive at 9 am, like we did, will be somewhat brown already), fresh coffees, and yoghurts with cereals. We’re not sure whether they offer eggs or not - they say they do, but when I asked after them, I didn’t get anything.

They offer luggage storage after check-out, which was much appreciated!

Me, my wife and my 96 years’ old mother had an OUTSTANDING stay at Palazzo Odoni.  A true Venetian gem locating at the heart of Venice and few steps away from the Sta Lucia Train station.  Our host Alessandro was so accommodating.  He helped with all the requests we had to make my mother feel at home in one of the most complicated settings for a person who requires assistance.  Yet, I highly recommend this truly Venetian palace, for their comfort, excellent breakfast and amazing local true Venetian restaurant recommendations and sightseeing.

Excellent location to launch your Venice trip. Rooms are nice and spacious but could use a little updating. Breakfast was excellent the staff was charming and courteous.

My mother and I loved our short stay here. We needed one night in Venice to cath our flight the next morning, and it was the best place we stayed during our 2 week trip in Italy. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. It's quiet and a perfect location close to the train and bus station, but an easy walk to the other key features. Everyone was incredibly kind. The stairs may make this inaccessible to some, but the building and architecture were a highlight for me.
