One of the best best restaurants out there if you want to try quintessentially Latvian flavours with a modern twist. The cuisine was delicious, with many of the ingredients being home-grown in the restaurant’s vast garden. The service was very warm and welcoming. The design of the place is very sleek and again, very modern-Latvian.

We absolutely loved this dining experience and are definitely coming back.

Some dishes were such a piece of art that was hard to make myself touch it . Amazing Chef, very cosy atmosphere. We were there with children, waiter helped them to learning which spoon or fork is made for which dish. Recommended!

It's good but not perfect. Amazing location (a bit far to get to though), amazing venue, great service and a concept well deserving Michelin green star.

Food was good, well presented, but as for lunch (4 courses), too small. Dinner and 8 courses would make more sense given the size of portions. Wine pairing was so-so, but the best one was a surprise local apple wine served with dessert. As for dessert, rhubarb and white chocolate - there was a lot of white chocolate, lot of strawberry mouse and a tiny bit of rhubarb. Disappointing

Perfect place to try a mind blowing food made of local meat, fish and vegetables. The combinations are wild and tickle your tastebuds like nothing else. This place tickles all the boxes for me.

Pavāru māja deserves a special trip for a fantastic culinary experience so delightful for eyes as well. You always feel welcomed and well taken care of during service.
This time we went to try set menu for a Restaurant week. 3 course meal to which we added ousters and out of the world scallops as a starter. Every dish was a flavor explosion, a perfection in textures and presentation.
Note that the restaurant works only with reservations having set menus for lunch and dinner.
