Beautiful day and beautiful lunch at a lovely place. Stylish and cozy place with good food and such a friendly staff 🤍 We enjoyed soup, homemade  bread a beer. I wish we will be back soon.

A truly beautiful, smartly organised and tastefully masterminded place in a splendid location away from everything.
Maybe we were a bit unlucky with our food, BUT it was centainly not disappointing, maybe the problem was in our expectations.
Other than that worth visiting and even returning giving the folks another fair and deserved chance. Thanks for welcoming us and treating so well ❤️

I booked this place because of the location. Restaurant is spacious so it possible to have private conversations. The restaurant weren't busy which I think is due to season.

Absolutely overrated and perfect place to be avoided. It seems like Zoltners in the business of producing one of the best beers and the worst, yet good looking food in Latvia. It is not surprising after all why there was such a strong smell of cow manure around the restaurant when we arrived, that we even hesitated about eating there.

I was served absolutely the worst burger in Latvia and second the worst burger on the global scale. Do not even think about driving here for 80 km from Riga, and even if you are close, as we were, do not waste your time neither your money. The garlic bread was pretty good and well presented, BUT the burger was an absolutely uneatable piece of junk. I couldn’t even get the skewer out of the burger; the patty was that stiff and hard. It felt like I was eating an old shoe and the meat patty was 100% pre-frozen.

Seeing the high rating of the restaurant is both sad and misleading. Do people care at all about what they are eating?! Do not get misled by the fancy and modern look of the restaurant. The food won’t be worth it. If you are renting them for an event, as we were planning, I’d suggest getting a catering service from elsewhere.

Great place with the best beer in Latvia. Highly recommend for food and accommodation. Even the basic rooms are much higher standard and size than an average European hotel room. Get a brewery tour if you can!
