Stayed during the Christmas markets. Location was perfect since it was just a block away. Service was also great. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Toiletries (liquid soap, body wash) weren't topped up so requested them to be refilled which they did when we were out. Loved the birthday surprise as well. Breakfast buffet selection was really good as well with so much variety.

Rooms very basic and a bit dated. There was some blood spots on the curtains (probably from insects) in our room. And absolutely empty mini-bar is not something you expect from 5 star hotel. Reception is nice and stylish. But rooms need more attention.

We stayed at Pullman for a weekend, two nights. The reason we are only giving it 2 stars is that we expected more from a 4-star hotel.

The reception staff was not as service-oriented as one would expect from a hotel of this caliber; they were not very friendly or welcoming to new guests.

The hotel room was okay but a bit odd. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms, and the sink was located near the bed. The toilet room felt very bare and empty, creating an echo. There was no space in front of the sink for toiletries or even a toothbrush. Overall, the room was somewhat dark and quite noisy; we could hear other guests in the corridor and even when they were showering. Some areas of the room also needed painting or renovation, making it feel a bit rundown. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the room was sufficiently spacious and the location was perfect.

The “spa” shouldn’t really be called a spa. It featured a cold pool and a not-so-warm sauna. They played radio music with frequent commercials, which was annoying and far from relaxing.

Overall great stay. Great location to the old town. Excellent breakfast. Good ,clean, tidy hotel. Small gym and spar area, but did the job. Helpful and professional staff, who accommodated  our need for a later check out ,at no extra cost.
We were also allowed to store our luggage, after our check out.
We would visit again.
