I had a wonderful time staying at Stikliai. Excellent service. Rooms are cozy and neat. The sauna and pool is amazing. It’s well maintained and very clean. The hotel is in old town. It’s walkable distance to many landmarks.

My stay was overall ok, but it’s a far cry from what you would expect at a supposedly “5 star” hotel with this level of ratings.

I had an uninspiring room with no view. The hotel was rather empty so I don’t know why they didn’t put me in a nicer room. The amenities were at a quality level of a basic hotel - cheap plastic kettle, no personal touch, nothing interesting or exciting. Breakfast is ok but I prefer to go eat out in one of the great cafes in the area. The location is perfect in the old town, but there are much better choices for places to stay here at a lower price.

We had a lovely stay, capped off by finding our hotel was a feature on one of our walking tours!
It's a very iconic hotel, in an excellent location. Staff very friendly.
Our room had a sloping ceiling which was a bit awkward for a tall person.
The pool table in a beautiful room is a nice touch.
Breakfast was very good - both buffet and from menu.

Comfortable cosseting environment.  A delightful hotel in the old town, an easy 20 minute walk from the station   Receptionists are helpful and always smiling. The room was traditional English country style, a large bathroom and comfortable bed with good linen. Breakfasts were delicious generous with a variety of cooked to order dishes all served in a pretty room overlooking a cute courtyard, more glorious with the autumn colours of a large Virginia creeper.  Many photographs of famous former guests are littered liberally in the corridors.  Turndown service was unpredictable and irregular which is a shame

An impeccable hotel with amazing amenities an no detail overlooked.  The room size was adequate, but very nicely appointed.  The buffet breakfast was simply amazing.  Do try the eggs benedict.  The staff was top notch and  very helpful.  The Stikliai made me want to extend my stay in Vilnius.  It's conveniently located right in old town and everything you want to see is within easy walking distance.
