Enjoyed every dish from start till end! Also the service is very attentive and they met all our needs so guess we will be back rather soon!

If I would have to make 1 remark it would be about their last dish aka the second dessert - it was the least of all which is a pity to end like this but yet again a great culinary evening!

Really like this place, the last one from
Michelin star awarded in Vilnius I’ve visited, and you know  this guys really received it with honor and respect, at least from my personal opinion. Philosophy, cuisine, gentle staff, no wine list but really great wine pairing! Totally recommend!

This is the last (of 4) Michelin’s star awarded restaurant in Lithuanian I visited.

I have to say that I had really high expectation for this restaurant and they were met! The food and the service was amazing!

We experienced - 10 course dinner. All of the dishes were unique. My favourites were - scallop pizza, beef tartare and the first desert. By the way - all the breads were so good, that I could eat them alone.

Service was 10/10. We were explained about all the dishes, got recommendation for vines.

To cheff and ofher staff: keep on doing the amazing job! Best of luck!

I had one of my best dinners this year at Vitas „Pas Mus“. What a gem, what an exceptional place. This first Michelin star she got is more than well deserved. Every detail is handtailored, I am still trying to process how overwhelming this dinner was for me while I am writing this. Vita‘s and her team‘s philosophy is easy: What comes on the table is a seasonal surprise, nine courses, for fair 90€ on top comes a phenomenal wine pairing. I had three dishes I nearly cried: There was rye bread, butter, radishes and home made sour cream. Be careful: childhood memories kicking in. So pure, so delicious. There was dry aged tatar with homemade tamari. Mindblown. The dessert cherry snow was mentioned in the Michelin guide, I do not lie if I say that was one of the best desserts I ever had. The team was giving us the feeling that we are at home and they care about us. Pas Mus means „At home“ and we felt like that. We had amazing wines so perfectly curated. This restaurant is world class, I can only highly recommend if you are interested in how Vilnius can taste.

Sincerely the best meal I’ve ever had and I’ve been to a 3 Michelin star restaurant. The service is so thoughtful and kind, while the food is an incredible value. The sommelier completely transformed the already exquisite dishes with the wine pairings. Do not pass on the pairings! We were also treated to an oak barrel aged Negroni as a digestif. Truly a magical experience at a great value. We will definitely be back.
