TORA is a terrific place, with an that lets you enjoy the tasteful selections of dishes in an intimate atmosphere Even during Saturday evening, while fully booked (recommended prior booking online via their site) it was calm and relaxed.
The food selection is great and the quality is superb. If you have any allergies they make sure you can still taste most of their menu.
The price is a bit on the higher heir but nothing too much and worth every euro.
The cocktail list contains a lot of exotic choices that will let you to enjoy the dinner even more.
Last but not least, the view on Valletta by night is amazing.

The restaurant is so beautiful; definitely a good birthday location/ anniversary very mature fancy aesthetic, the view is beautiful , especially during the night when you can see all of the lights. Our waitress Anyeca has been absolutely amazing , provided us with a great service , very polite , was patient when explaining the dishes to us and also recommended us good cocktails that were delicious. Very happy with the experience my boyfriend and i have had at Tora restaurant

I absolutely loved everything I tasted, well cooked and presented. The view from the terrace with the sunset was awesome. The waiters were very sweet and available. I recommend 100%. The cocktails were amazing.

Wow. Really impressed by this place, we booked online the day before and arrived to be seated.
The service was fantastic and very attentive to our needs, Rupesh was our server and gave assistance when we ordered as well as recommendations.
We never felt rushed, or cramped in a busy sitting restaurant there was still enough room for a comfortable meal.
