Overall hotel is okay.
But 4 stars maximum it deserves.
1. Can you imagine they don’t have drinking water in SPA and sauna. Even staff understand it’s stupid, but management “knows better”
2. Finding parking is a mess. Instead of placing maps coordinates they try to explain verbally which is very confusing.
3. Responses to emails never come. I got mine only after 4 days and 2 calls.
4. The only complimentary water in the room is 200 ml bottle per guest.
5. Never take garden rooms, they are huge but dark. You feel like living underground. Luckily staff help us to move to better and brighter room.
So, think twice before booking.
And buy water from the store nearby 😂 as 5* hotel decided that cutting costs on serving water for guest is a good idea

A delightful, historic hotel set amidst a Montenegrin fjord on the Adriatic.  Beautiful spacious suites with great views. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great seafront sun and pool deck with direct sea access for swimming. Housekeeping and service a bit beneath what one would expect from a “5-star” luxury hotel, and a bit pricey for the experience. The hotel is a bit larger than I was hoping for and Perast becomes crowded during the day, but overall a great experience with quiet and beautiful mornings and evenings.

Overall a fantastic experience for our first stop in Montenegro! The hotel is well located with spectacular views, good restaurants surrounding the area, and peaceful spots for the ultimate relaxation. The hotel location is located perfectly for quick day trips by car or boat, or is easy to explore the picturesque views by foot, with local museums and churches nearby! We did experience a couple of issues with the way things were not cleaned in our room to the standard that is expected, and flagged these to reception on a couple of occasions. On checking out we spoke with the hotel manager who was very accommodating and apologetic about the issues! I would definitely recommend the hotel and like to come back in the future!

Such an amazing hotel stay! Staff are very attentive, the food was great and the room was exactly as expected plus lots of extras. The facilities at the hotel were exceptional and can be enjoyed all year round. The boat trip offered through the hotel is to be recommended too. A lovely way to enjoy Montenegro!

Amazing! Make sure to book the sea view suite - the view is out of this world. The hotel restaurant is also the best one around (we tried several other places and nothing compares). The seafront is beautiful, staff is professional, patient and kind. They will book any tours and transfers you like. Oh and they also have the best lemonades — mint, watermelon and other flavours. And incredible homemade peach ice tea! We hope to be back one day 🩵
