On Christmas Eve, three of us and our golden retriever visited the restaurant and enjoyed a 7-course menu. The staff kindly collected our jackets at the entrance and escorted us to our tastefully decorated table. We were delighted to see that a drinking bowl was provided for our dog. Our table was thoughtfully placed in a quiet corner to ensure we did not disturb other guests.
The gastronomic experience began with three amuse-bouches, accompanied by a glass of champagne.
Describing the following seven courses in terms of cuisine and taste is difficult. Each course was presented beautifully and timed perfectly, creating anticipation for the next dish.  The intervals between courses were just right, neither too long nor too short.
The restaurant's vegetarian version of foie gras was impressive, featuring a peanut cream topped with a mild and sweet Pedro Ximinez, as well as various preparations of Jerusalem artichoke. All courses deserve praise. The restaurant's own version of Viennetta was the highlight of the menu.

The service provided throughout the evening was attentive and courteous, contributing to a perfect dining experience.

I went to this restaurant last summer, I had a wonderful chefs selection including a tuna tartar to die for. Wines were well matched my the staff. The ambiance is a mix of classic, modern industrial and very hip. Definitely recommend this place. The only room for improvement was the pace, I felt a little rushed. This place was an absolute delight and I'm looking forward to visiting again.
