Italian chef with passion for food. The dishes are balanced in both flavor and amount. The owner knows his wine and gladly talks to you about his restaurant and food. The website doesn't do the place credit because it was better than expected by a long mile.

Everything is fresh; the fish, the bread and the pasta is made right before cooking which is as music to my ears. The mozzarella is equally of good quality and delicious.

Pics are from the 3 course menu. The last course was tiramisu but it was so delicious that I couldn't set it to wait for a picture.

Various types of carpaccio, sea bass with pasta and finally tiramisu. This was the best tiramisu I have ever had.

I highly recommend this place.
I would note that this isn't an establishment where you eat with a hurry, it is some fine dining where time is not too high on the list. You are there to enjoy delicious food.

Best italian restaurant in Arnhem! And one of the best we have ever been to anywhere. It's a lovely, cozy and elegant space, with an open kitchen, you can see them so closely while they cook your dinner, which is amazing. The food is absolutely delicious, authentic italian cuisine made by their chef Giulio, who is an absolute delight. He made us feel so welcomed, we will never forget it.
This is a MUST go to restaurant if you're around Arnhem.

Flawless and delicious authentic Italian cuisine!
We went to Da Guilio to have some dinner and the food and ambiance was perfect! The three course dinner is definitely worth it, and the tiramisu is heavenly!
There is fresh bread and a great wine selection. Definitely worth a visit!
