A great restaurant with an amazing eating experience. The staff really know what they are doing and take their time to explain the whole dish, including the method of preparation. All in all a great experience. Don't expect to leave early, we were there for just under 6 hours for the 6 course meal. Although the 6 courses were more like 9 when you include the multiple canapés and the coffee with an extra treat.
